5/1 – the Boneyard – Go Cavs!

Left on Red made it’s first appearance at the Boneyard on Saturday, May 1st. The band kicked off immediately after the Cavs pulled off an impressive come from behind victory in Game #1 against the Celtics! The energy kept right on rolling late into the night as the band played virtually non-stop for 2-1/2 hours! The night included a guest appearance by former Left on Red drummer, Mark Kovachick, who sat in on “Man in the Box” and “American Band” without missing a beat. It was also good to see our friend Ron Lewis, the original LOR bass player, out on the town to see the band!

The night was capped off by an enthusiastic wedding crowd that came in and rocked with the band until the end. LOR also unleashed a couple of new Bon Jovi tunes for the first time, “Livin’ on a Prayer” and “You Give Love a Bad Name”, along with some J. Geils. All were well received so you can expect to hear more of this type of music from the band now that the keyboards have been added to the mix! We’re really excited about our new sound and judging by the response, so is everybody else!

Thanks to everybody who made it out to the Boneyard and to everybody who stayed and rocked with the band after the game! We will be back at the Boneyard on Saturday, July 3rd. See you then!!!
